The best part about my stay at Hakodate Plaza Hotel was its unbeatable location, being right across from the train and bus station, making it super convenient for my sightseeing adventures. The basic rooms were clean, but pretty cramped and dated, and the staff communication could be a challenge if you don't speak Japanese. Overall, it offers great value for the price, especially given its proximity to local attractions and the fresh morning market next door.

Hakodate Plaza Hotel has an unbeatable location right across from the train and bus station, making it easy to explore the city. While the rooms are clean, they are barebones and pretty cramped. The service could use some improvement, particularly during check-in where the front desk staff weren't very friendly or accommodating. Overall, I found good value for money, but don't expect much in terms of amenities or comfort.

I stayed for three nights and had mixed feelings about my experience. The hotel is conveniently located across from the train and bus station, which makes it easy to explore Hakodate. However, the room I initially booked was unavailable, and the front desk staff weren't the friendliest, which was a letdown. While my room was clean, it felt a bit basic and cramped. Overall, the location is fantastic for sightseeing, but the service left a lot to be desired.

While the rooms are clean, they can feel a bit cramped and basic, which might not meet everyone's expectations. Additionally, the service can be hit-or-miss, as I didn't find the front desk staff very friendly. However, for the price and convenience, I felt it was a decent stay overall.
